A commercial identity that could communicate instantly and be remembered was required. This involved combining a bold design with clear messaging and a contemporary voice to transform a concise name into an identity that embodied ambition, credibility and potential. The brochure design was very effective, using powerful typography, structured grids and images that conveyed the essence of the project without resorting to lengthy explanations. This theme carried on through the campaign design, hoardings and print advertising, which all communicated the same message instantly. The voice addressed business people, investors and brands who were looking to take the next step. The end result was a commercial address that already had credibility despite the project being nowhere near completed, with the short name conveying all of its messages.
