Oceanic Villa

Oceanic Villa required an innovative language that was expansive, elegant, and serene. It was inspired by the vastness of the ocean, merging fluidity of design, vast compositions and storytelling to create a sense of living without any boundaries. Privacy, elegance and exclusiveness of being an owner of an independent villa were communicated through all the elements. Open spaces were captured in open layouts, while refined details created the feeling of exclusiveness. In the design of the brochure we used a limited colour palette of blues and neutrals, allowing the vastness of the villa layout to speak for itself. Hoarding and print media followed the same design principle, communicating Oceanic Villa in the way that it was intended, for buyers seeking an independent villa that is private without being isolated. What we came up with was a project that communicated in a pace of its own, deep and unhurried, like water.
