RK Landmark was made keeping in mind companies that recognize the power that an address holds. For the project we provided a strong design language as well as a commercial message, translating built spaces into brand equity and locations into business opportunity. Strong visuals created stature, while the clear messaging highlighted its potential. The brochure design took prospective tenants and investors on a journey from location, layout, business benefits to future value in one go without getting lost in the deluge of information like commercial project brochures do. Design of the campaign, hoardings and print advertising all came under this strong tone to position the address as RK Landmark, a project that would sell itself once the companies see the potential.
