The brochure design used wide layouts and strong typography to reinforce the scale of the development, while investment-relevant information such as plot dimensions, road planning and location advantages were presented with the clarity a serious buyer expects. Campaign design, hoardings and print advertising carried the same aspirational tone into the market, positioning Ramah Eldoraa in the open plot category for buyers looking beyond the immediate return to what the land could become in ten years. A plotted development sold on the future, and designed to make that future feel already visible.
